Position Overview

The Vice President of Sales is a true hunter role responsible for creating, advancing, and closing new revenue opportunities for The Proper Group.

This is not transactional selling.

You are selling:

You are opening doors with CEOs, founders, boards, investors, and senior executives who are navigating inflection points inside their organizations.

Compensation Structure

This is a high-upside, performance-oriented role.

Typical structure includes:

Standard framework:

  • 10% commission on new business
  • 7% commission on expansion opportunities
  • paid on the first 12 months of engagement revenue
