Your new company

A growing Managed Service Provider headquartered in Melbourne requires a Technical Account Manager for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP, to be based in Brisbane. The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies and flexible working arrangements.


Your new role

In this exciting role, you will be:
  • Managing a portfolio of 20 clients, undertaking IT support, project delivery and service delivery responsibilities.
  • Aligning clients' IT infrastructure to best practice standards set by the company.
  • Making recommendations to help improve the client's technical environment.
  • Conducting Technical Alignment Reviews and regular onsite visits.
  • Identifying risks and sales opportunities and providing recommendations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the assigned client base.


What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in your application, you will need:
  • Demonstrated experience in a Service Delivery Manager or Technical Account Manager role.
  • Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, VMware / Hyper-V and Network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Halo PSA, Ninja RMM and IT Glue is advantageous.
  • Prior experience working within a Managed Service Provider.
  • A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, ITIL, Cisco and VMware certifications are beneficial.
  • A current driver's license and vehicle.
