Your new company
A growing Managed Service Provider headquartered in Melbourne requires a Technical Account Manager for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP, to be based in Brisbane. The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies and flexible working arrangements.
Your new role
- Managing a portfolio of 20 clients, undertaking IT support, project delivery and service delivery responsibilities.
- Aligning clients' IT infrastructure to best practice standards set by the company.
- Making recommendations to help improve the client's technical environment.
- Conducting Technical Alignment Reviews and regular onsite visits.
- Identifying risks and sales opportunities and providing recommendations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the assigned client base.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in a Service Delivery Manager or Technical Account Manager role.
- Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, VMware / Hyper-V and Network troubleshooting.
- Experience with Halo PSA, Ninja RMM and IT Glue is advantageous.
- Prior experience working within a Managed Service Provider.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, ITIL, Cisco and VMware certifications are beneficial.
- A current driver's license and vehicle.
