IT Account Manager

We are an Atlanta-based Recruiting Firm currently looking for a sharp, hard-working IT Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join our team. We are seeking a smart, self-motivated individual who enjoys building relationships. We do not micro-manage (we hire adults) and offer above market base salaries, an excellent commission structure, and a hybrid work arrangement in our modern office space. *Must live in the metro Atlanta area. This role is hybrid and not fully remote.

Requirements:

*Recent experience working in Sales within the Recruiting Industry specifically IT, Engineering, or Supply Chain verticals.

*2+ years of Information Technology recruiting sales experience strongly preferred.

*Bachelor's Degree.

*Experience handling business development at a staffing agency (external recruiting experience required).

*Weekly in-office work required in our Atlanta office (hybrid schedule).
