Responsibilities:
• Oversee assigned customer accounts to help maintain strong service levels, accurate follow-through, and overall account performance.
• Respond to client questions and requests promptly, providing clear communication and dependable support throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Coordinate customer specifications and order-related details in alignment with established sales and operations procedures.
• Partner with supply chain teams to support on-time product delivery and address issues that may affect customer satisfaction.
• Assist sales teams with account support activities, including client onboarding, retention efforts, reporting, and business analysis.
• Work with accounting and finance to help resolve claims efficiently and support credit-related processes for new and existing customers.
• Investigate customer concerns and sales-related challenges, then develop practical solutions to address recurring issues.
• Contribute to a cooperative, responsive work environment that prioritizes urgency, accuracy, and customer needs.
• Help document service processes, quality concerns, and food packaging safety issues while supporting cross-functional completion of the service cycle.
• Experience in account management, customer service, or a similar client-facing business role.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Background supporting B2B sales activities, inside sales efforts, or inbound customer inquiries.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle questions, complaints, and service needs effectively.
• Comfortable working across sales, supply chain, accounting, and finance to coordinate account support.
• Proficiency with reports, spreadsheets, and basic business analysis related to customer accounts.
• Organized and attentive to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
