Senior Account Executive – Nonprofit SaaS

Quick Facts:

• Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Quarterly Bonus

About the Role:

StratusLIVE is looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth within the nonprofit technology space. This is a true hunter role focused on net-new business across a designated U.S. territory.

You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close while helping nonprofit organizations modernize fundraising, donor engagement, CRM, and workplace giving technology.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and close new nonprofit clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to contract execution
• Build and grow a strong pipeline within your territory
• Deliver consultative, value-based sales conversations
• Partner with marketing and leadership on go-to-market efforts
• Build relationships with nonprofit consultants and strategic partners
• Use AI-powered sales tools to improve outreach and pipeline management

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven SaaS/software sales success within the nonprofit sector
• Experience managing full-cycle sales processes
• Strong outbound prospecting and territory development skills
• Consultative sales approach and strong communication skills
• Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms
• Experience with Salesforce or Blackbaud is a plus
