HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Responsible for supporting multiple teams, clients and projects, navigating both new and veteran accounts.
- Represent clients, developing and executing their campaigns and events according to agency standards within established budgets and timeframes
- Support the account and production teams with onsite responsibilities when necessary in various settings including but not limited to sports and entertainment, B2B hospitality, and internal meeting and events
- Analyze client results into actionable takeaways
- Utilize agency tools and resources appropriately and efficiently in conveying all necessary information (ie. creative briefs, job starts)
- Solicit and provide all relevant job information to team members in a timely manner
- Develop full knowledge of agency’s offerings, mission and vision
- Successfully participates and is involved in the management of project financials, including creating client estimates, job reconciliation, and billing in accordance with agency policy and procedure
- Establishes effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teams
- Mentors more junior team members as required

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 1+ year of experience
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience in live events – from development and planning to onsite support
- Solid communication skills – written and verbal across internal channels and with clients
- Polished, professional demeanor, projects confidence and enthusiasm for the business
- Proven success in project management and in a client-facing capacity
- Demonstrated history of establishing effective working relationships across a diverse team
- Demonstrates solid understanding of agency processes, department functions and workflow
- Demonstrates knowledge of financials; billing reports, invoicing, financial maintenance on projects/clients and are able to generate estimates
- Must be proactive with the ability to work both independently and with multiple teams
- Organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage their time efficiently between accounts and projects.
