Snohomish County is implementing a new county-wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and is seeking qualified temporary professionals to support Finance, HR, Accounting, Payroll, and Technical departments during the transition.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals who can provide backfill support, ERP implementation assistance, and operational continuity.

- Account Manager (Vendor Side - Mandatory)
- Support County departments during ERP implementation and peak workload periods
- Backfill permanent staff positions temporarily
- Assist with finance, budgeting, payroll, and accounting operations
- Analyze systems, workflows, and ERP processes
- Coordinate with department managers and internal teams
- Ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee records
- Provide seamless integration into County operations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in public sector / county / municipal environment preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to ongoing ERP transformation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT preferred
- 5+ years of systems/business analysis experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance
- 6+ years of budgeting / financial analysis experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 5+ years accounting systems / automated finance systems experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business / IT
- 4+ years relevant accounting systems experience
- Associate Degree in Accounting / Business
- 2+ years payroll/personnel experience
- Associate Degree in Accounting / Business
- 2+ years accounting experience including payroll processing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance
- 4+ years professional accounting experience
- ERP implementation experience (Oracle, SAP, Workday, Tyler, etc.)
- Government finance operations knowledge
- Advanced Excel / Reporting / Data Analysis
- Payroll compliance experience
- Process improvement mindset
