System Engineer

Position Title: Associate Systems Engineer

Work Location: Tucson, AZ (Onsite)

Assignment Duration: 12 months

Work Arrangement: Onsite

We are seeking an Associate Systems Engineer to join a growing engineering team supporting system design, testing, manufacturing processes, and troubleshooting activities in a highly technical environment.

This is a great opportunity for recent engineering graduates or early-career engineers looking to gain hands-on experience in systems engineering, manufacturing support, and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support system design, development, and testing activities

• Assist with troubleshooting manufacturing and engineering issues

• Participate in design reviews and technical team discussions

• Analyze data and support root cause investigations

• Help improve engineering and manufacturing processes

• Ensure quality and compliance standards are maintained

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required

• 0–3 years of engineering experience

• Knowledge of engineering principles and troubleshooting techniques

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and technical documentation
