The Role
VeSync is seeking a self-driven and agile Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Manager to oversee all brand and marketing initiatives in Germany. As the sole marketing lead in the local German market, this role offers a unique opportunity to act as the voice of the German consumer within a pan-European marketing structure, while executing localized strategies aligned with the direction and resources of our central European marketing team based in Düsseldorf.
You'll be the point person for all consumer-facing communications in Germany—localizing campaigns, managing product launches, collaborating with retail partners, and ensuring our brands are seen, heard, and understood in the right way by German consumers. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and is best suited for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and can operate independently while staying highly connected to a central team.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Campaign Management & Localization
- Localize and implement pan-European integrated marketing campaigns tailored to German consumer preferences, media habits, and cultural nuances.
- Execute multi-channel marketing plans including digital, PR, influencer, social, content, and retail marketing.
Content & Messaging Adaptation
- Adapt product storytelling, value propositions, and visual assets to align with German language and culture while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with central content, creative, and brand teams to ensure locally resonant messaging.
Retail & Distributor Marketing
- Act as the main marketing liaison for German retailers, e-commerce platforms, and local distributors.
- Align campaign activation calendars with sales and trade partners, co-developing assets and promotions as needed.
Consumer & Market Insights
- Provide local market feedback and insights to the central team to guide campaign planning, product positioning, and persona validation.
- Monitor competitor activity and consumer behavior trends to help refine our strategy in Germany.
Commercialization Strategy Contributor
- Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market and commercialization strategies for new product launches in Germany.
- Partner with product, sales, and central marketing teams to define positioning, pricing input, channel priorities, and launch timing tailored to the German market.
- Identify local market opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to maximize commercial impact across all brands.
Execution & Performance Monitoring
- Manage end-to-end local campaign execution—including agency coordination (PR, influencers), timeline tracking, and budget oversight.
- Track key marketing KPIs such as brand awareness, campaign engagement, media ROI, and new product launch success.
- Regularly report campaign results and learnings to the central team.
Profile & Experience
Must-Haves
- 5–8 years of experience in integrated marketing or brand communications, ideally within the consumer tech, kitchen appliance, or lifestyle sectors.
- Deep understanding of the German market—consumer mindset, media landscape, and retail environment.
- Proven ability to independently execute and localize integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, PR, digital content, and retail activation.
- Native-level German and fluent English skills are required.
