YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the key person for this category and manage it independently
- Build and maintain the brand for the entire category and its three subcategories
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities
- Develop and implement campaigns and initiatives for retail (POS), e-commerce, and events
- Create concepts, designs, and materials that cover all subcategories
- Plan, execute, and evaluate promotions and activations
- Manage projects and coordinate external partners such as agencies, designers, and production service providers
- Monitor product performance and identify optimisation opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing and sales teams and travel regularly, mainly within Germany and Austria
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in marketing and/or sales for FMCG products and brands
- Expertise in brand management and trade marketing
- Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong skills in concept development, e-commerce, and events
- Clear communication and solid project management skills
