Job title: Business Development & Channel Lead – Amazon 3P Pan-EU

Reports to: Senior Director, Commercial Europe

Role Overview :

As DE Business Development & Channel Lead for Amazon 3P, you will play a critical role in supporting the Senior Director in managing and growing Anker Innovations' third-party seller business on Amazon. You will serve as the key operational and execution lead for the Amazon 3P (Seller Central) account, driving day-to-day relationship management, performance optimization, and commercial growth for Anker, Soundcore, and Eufy brands. This role combines hands-on Amazon Seller Central expertise with business development acumen to expand our footprint, improve visibility, and deliver scalable, profitable growth in a highly competitive marketplace.


Key Responsibilities:

1、Amazon 3P Relationship & Daily Operations Management

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for Anker’s Amazon Seller Central DE account, collaborating closely with Amazon Seller Services teams, account managers, and internal stakeholders, and supporting other BDs across EU9.
  • Monitor and manage account health, compliance, performance metrics (e.g., catalog quality, Buy Box ownership, account health score, policy adherence), and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong standing.
  • Handle ongoing communication with Amazon (e.g., promotions, advertising, inventory planning, and program participation) while escalating strategic matters to the Senior Director.

2、Business Development & Growth Execution

  • Identify and execute opportunities to expand product assortment, increase listings, and grow share of wallet across key European marketplaces DE; FR, BNX, IT, ES, IE, SE, PL
  • Drive initiatives to boost product availability, enhance on-site visibility (e.g., A+ content, enhanced brand content, stores, deals, coupons), and replicate top-performing tactics across markets.
  • Own and optimize advertising and promotional strategies (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP where applicable) to maximize ROI and support sales targets.
  • Analyze performance data (sales, traffic, conversion, profitability) to recommend and implement actions that accelerate growth and improve margins.

3、Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with European country teams, marketing, supply chain, operations, and global teams to align on inventory planning, launches, promotions, and localized strategies.
  • Support the Senior Director in building and maintaining relationships with Amazon stakeholders and contribute to long-term strategic planning for the account.
  • Collaborate on pan-EU campaigns, new product introductions, and brand-building initiatives to strengthen Anker's presence on Amazon.

4、Commercial & Strategic Support

  • Track EU Amazon marketplace trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategy and identify risks/opportunities.
  • Contribute to pricing, margin, and budget optimization discussions, ensuring profitability across markets.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, forecasts, and insights for senior leadership.

5、Leadership & Team Support

  • Support talent development within the broader strategic accounts team as needed.
  • Foster a data-driven, agile, and collaborative working style aligned with Anker’s values.


Qualifications & Experience:

Must-Have:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (3P) — ideally 5+ years, including direct experience either working for Amazon Seller Services (e.g., as an Account Manager or in Seller Support/Enablement) or as a Seller/Brand managing large-scale 3P operations on Amazon.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing Amazon 3P business in Europe (Pan-EU or multi-market experience strongly preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central tools, policies, advertising ecosystem, catalog management, inventory/fulfillment (FBA/FBM), promotions, and performance metrics.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational excellence on Amazon.

Preferred:

  • Experience in consumer electronics, accessories, audio, smart home, or similar categories.
  • Familiarity with Anker brands (Anker, Soundcore, Eufy) or similar fast-growing tech/consumer brands.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Amazon Brand Analytics, Seller Central reports, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills (internal & external, including Amazon contacts).
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a bias for action and results.
  • Fluency in English (required); German is a strong plus (additional EU languages beneficial).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe for meetings or Amazon events.
