Responsibilities
- Manage assigned key accounts and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electrical manufacturing market
- Promote and sell company products such as electrical components, panels, wiring systems, breakers, and related solutions
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product presentations to clients
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreement with customers
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate order specifications and timely delivery
- Monitor project progress from order placement to delivery and after-sales support
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Handle client concerns, complaints, and technical coordination on time
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- At least one year of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, construction, or electrical services
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office and Google Workspace
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales negotiation abilities
- Capable of delivering exceptional customer service and responding promptly to inquiries
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
