Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Manage and grow key pharmaceutical accounts including hospitals, drugstores, distributors, and institutional clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, physicians, and pharmacy stakeholders.
- Create and execute account plans aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.
- Drive achievement of sales targets, revenue growth, and market share objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to strengthen partnerships and identify new opportunities.
- Implement promotional and commercial initiatives to maximize product visibility and sales performance.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and trade agreements with key accounts.
- Coordinate closely with distributors and channel partners to ensure proper product availability and execution.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and support supply planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and trade agreements.
- Gather market insights, competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports on account performance and business opportunities.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve commercial effectiveness.
- Work closely with marketing, medical affairs, finance, and operations teams to support business initiatives.
- Collaborate on product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, key account management, or healthcare business development.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, distribution channels, and healthcare market dynamics.
- Proven track record in managing major accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and business planning capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willing to travel as needed.
