Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Engineering Product Manager to lead end-to-end product development initiatives across enterprise-grade platforms and scalable digital solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of product management expertise, technical depth, and engineering leadership, with proven experience driving product vision, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can bridge business objectives with technical execution, manage complex stakeholder expectations, and deliver high-impact products built on modern cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the complete product lifecycle from ideation, planning, design, development, testing, release, and post-production support.
• Define and own product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and execution strategy aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, business stakeholders, and clients to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Lead product discussions involving High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for enterprise applications.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure best practices in system design, scalability, performance optimization, and security.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams across product, development, and delivery functions.
• Drive agile product development methodologies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and ensure successful product adoption.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to improve product capabilities and customer experience.
• Ensure successful delivery of cloud-native, microservices-based, and serverless solutions.

• 12–15 years of overall experience in Product Management, Engineering Management, or Technical Product Leadership roles.
• Strong experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management for enterprise applications or digital platforms.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, HLD/LLD, scalability, and distributed systems design.
• Hands-on exposure to .NET and/or Java technology ecosystems.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong experience with microservices architecture, APIs, containers, and serverless computing.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering and product teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
