As a Senior Growth Product Manager for our PRO offering, you take ownership of the end-to-end subscription funnel and drive sustainable growth. You focus on optimizing conversion, retention, and clearly communicating value to our professional sellers. By combining data, experimentation, and AI-driven approaches, you continuously improve user experience and business impact. This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report to the Head of Product PRO.

Who You Are

  • You have proven experience in Growth Product Management, ideally with subscription models or B2B/SMB funnels.
  • You take a data-driven, experiment-first approach and base decisions on evidence rather than intuition.
  • You actively use AI as part of your workflow. From idea to prototype to engineering ready AI is part of every step.
  • You collaborate effectively across teams, share knowledge, and contribute to a strong feedback culture.
  • You communicate clearly in German and English and can translate complex insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with tools like Looker and Braze (or similar engagement platforms). Claude Code will be available as Gemini and ChatGPT.
  • AI Native: A strong plus if you use AI for data crunching or "vibe coding" (e.g., using AI tools to quickly modify banners or copy yourself to speed up testing). You have a proven track record working with Claude Code, Gemini and ChatGPT.
  • Analytical Power: Ability to write SQL or use sophisticated self-serve BI tools to uncover deep user insights.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written in German and English. You can communicate complex results clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders. You have created user-facing copy for websites and sales-funnels before and can give constructive on point feedback and alternatives if drafts are not matching your expectations.

Job responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end subscription funnel for PRO, identifying bottlenecks and scaling successful conversion drivers.
  • Design and execute high-impact experiments, building and prioritizing a strong hypothesis backlog based on data and insights.
  • Drive systematic learning by documenting experiment outcomes, maintaining a hypotheses backlog, and building long-term knowledge on user behavior.
  • Apply lean validation methods (e.g. fake door tests, rapid prototyping with AI) to quickly test and validate ideas.
  • Analyze data using self-serve tools (e.g. Looker) and AI to generate insights and inform product decisions.

Collaborate closely with Customer Engagement, Marketing, Sales, and other PRO teams to deliver the best user experience.
