Our client, a very well known, mid-sized, family-owned General Contractor / Construction Company in Miami is seeking a Sales Marketing Manager / Business Development / Marketing Manager for their Miami location. Our client is a Florida based, well known, highly respected General Contractor that is growing annually. Position Title: Sales Marketing Manager / Business Development / Marketing Manager

Location: Miami, Florida

Salary: $95K to $130K depending on experience & qualifications

Technical Skill Set Required:

Must have significant Construction or Architecture or Engineering or Sub-Contractor business development / marketing experience.

This General Contractor specializes in vertical construction (ground up) and restoration.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred. In leu of a Bachelor's Degree, 7+ years of work experience within Construction Business Development & Marketing is required.
• Construction or Architecture or Engineering or Sub-Contractor business development / marketing experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organization development skills.
