You will receive comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and dedicated mentorship, preparing you to transition into a full-time outside sales/account manager role within an assigned territory with *SunSource*. ### What You will Do

• Participate in structured training at our headquarters where you will receive ongoing mentorship, professional development, and in-depth product training ```{=html}

• Learn full cycle outside sales skills and build relationships with new and existing customers to solve real-world customer problems through technical and product solutions ```{=html}

• Work alongside experienced Account Managers on joint sales calls visiting customers on-site ### What You will Need
• Associate degree or technical training and 2 years of experience in a related field **OR** bachelors degree, preferably in Supply Chain,

Sales, in Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field ```{=html}

• Internship or co-op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment or individuals with mechanical interest/aptitude preferred ```{=html}

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be outgoing, friendly, approachable to build relationships with peers and potential customers with a commitment to delivering top results in a performance-based environment ```{=html}

• Ability to relocate to Addison, IL for 12 months of training at our corporate headquarters ### What We Offer **This is a full-time, paid position with a transition into a full-time Account Manager upon completion of the program.**
