Role Description


The Commercial Account Manager will oversee client relationships, provide tailored insurance solutions, and manage account renewals for commercial clients. This full-time position involves proactive communication with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling insurance products. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients. This is an on-site position based in Palos Park, IL.


Qualifications


  • Expertise in Account Management, including maintaining relationships, managing renewals, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address inquiries and provide clear, professional, and timely responses.
  • Knowledge of Insurance concepts, policies, and regulations; experience in commercial insurance is highly preferred.
  • Proven Sales ability to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling insurance products effectively.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using insurance software and technology for account management is a plus.
  • Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance or ability to obtain licensure within a specified timeframe.


Salary Range


Based on experience $60,000-$85,000
