About BYD France

BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd, a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage production for TV commercials, commercial documentaries, branded films, and promotional videos.
  • Participate in creative meetings to clarify objectives; plan shooting schedules, crew allocation, and client needs. Develop production plans, timelines, and execution strategies.
  • Organise all pre-production logistics – including deadlines, props/costumes, travel and accommodation for crew, vehicle and equipment rental.
  • On set, coordinate communication among all parties. After shooting, convey client post-production requirements clearly and follow through until delivery.
  • Control project progress and budgets; oversee acceptance/handover processes.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising or video production (automotive sector preferred). Background in Film & TV or Advertising is a plus.
  • Passion for the advertising industry and thorough knowledge of commercial production workflows.
  • Strong project management skills – ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Leadership and collaboration abilities – work effectively with all team members.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively.
  • Right to work: Must have the legal right to work in the EU.
