Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs

Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a positive, driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (not required)

Compensation & Benefits
- Commission structure: $100-$500 per order (Average of 4-6 orders per week)
