Overview
The primary goal of this role is to support day-to-day communication and coordination—tracking timelines, QAing assets, and preparing internal and client-facing materials and comms. This role helps drive the asset delivery process (from internal creative support through final client delivery) and supports the Account Lead with client communication around daily production and delivery updates.

Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in marketing, ideally at a studio or agency
- Effective communicator who collaborates well across teams and keeps projects moving
- Must be extremely organized, proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and be detail-oriented in execution of all assigned tasks
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects and keep the line managers updated with progress
- Strong writing and proofreading skills; able to support copy needs like quote pulls and script reviews
- Familiar with social media platforms and comfortable monitoring online conversations
- Proficient in file and asset management across tools such as Box, Trello, Airtable and G-Suite
- Flexible team player who can adapt to changing priorities and jump in where needed
- Passionate about film, television, and entertainment marketing
Production
While it is the account lead that drives a campaign forward internally and with clients, it is the coordinator’s responsibility to proactively set up and track internal processes, flagging with the manager along the way. This may include:
- Setting up and maintaining the campaign trackers, documents and other internal/external workflows
- Organize, set up, and manage meetings and timelines for assigned proposals and campaign projects.
- Manage production of assets: prepare timelines and ensure pieces are on-track and delivered in a timely manner
- Lead asset delivery from internal creative handoff through final client delivery
- Own quality control across asset production ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness by checking copy and design components were produced correctly and with no errors, uploading files to shared drives, adding file naming conventions, and delivering completed assets to clients
Creative Strategy / Copywriting / Social
- Pulling together documents that outline the most impactful lines from the film or script.
- Contribute to creative ideation for live campaigns and campaign requests (talent ideas, social concepts, synergy opportunities)
- Help managers ensure creative and copy align with client goals & feedback
- Own quality control across all outgoing assets ensuring accuracy in copy, formatting, design, links, talent tagging, hashtags, messaging, and platform specifications
Internal Communication & Strategy
- As managers are in meetings throughout the day, step in to confirm receipt of client notes and ensure timely internal dissemination of information via Slack and other channels
- Serve as a supporting point of contact for clients, answer questions related to assets and ongoing campaigns
- Work closely with the creative team - disseminating client feedback and maintaining efficient production workflows across titles & projects.
