Job Title: Temporary Account Manager – Brand Activations & Festival Partnerships

Location: Remote (must be available onsite in Los Angeles August 6–9, 2026)

Duration: Approximately 10–12 Weeks (June 2026 – August 2026)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Compensation: Approximately $30/hour


About the Role

88rising is seeking a Temporary Account Manager to support brand activations and partner operations for Head In The Clouds Festival Los Angeles 2026. This role will support pre-event planning, cross-functional coordination, onsite festival execution, and post-event reporting for major brand partners and festival activations.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced live event environments. This individual should be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across brands, production, creative, talent, and social teams while helping ensure a seamless execution experience for partners onsite.


Key Responsibilities

Pre-Festival

  • Manage day-to-day communications with brand partners and stakeholders
  • Track deliverables, timelines, approvals, and project milestones across internal and external teams
  • Coordinate logistics across creative, production, digital, and partner teams
  • Support pre-event planning and execution for key accounts
  • Assist with partner approvals, scheduling, activation planning, and operational coordination
  • Support social posting coordination and branded content planning


Onsite Festival Support (Los Angeles: August 6–9, 2026)

  • Oversee onsite execution of brand activations and partner experiences
  • Serve as a liaison between event staff, vendors, talent teams, and social/content capture teams
  • Help troubleshoot onsite operational needs in real time
  • Ensure branded content and activation deliverables are properly documented and captured throughout the event


Post-Festival

  • Organize and compile social content, metrics, and activation reporting
  • Assist in preparing recap decks and performance summaries for brand partners
  • Support final reporting, wrap-up deliverables, and project closeout


Qualifications

  • 3 years relevant experience in project management, brand partnerships, or related field/role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with artists, creators, executives, brands, agencies, and production teams
  • Experience working in live events or experiential marketing environments required
  • Music festival experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting pre-production and post-production workflows preferred
  • Familiarity with social media content coordination and branded partnerships is a plus


Additional Details

  • Role will be primarily remote leading up to festival week
  • Must be available to work onsite in Los Angeles August 6–9, 2026
  • Some extended hours may be required during festival week and key production periods
