Define the future of the ANPR and EV Infrastructure at a European digital mobility business!

This Product Manager role is not a role for someone who only wants strategy decks and long discovery cycles. The immediate focus is delivery: supporting a major feature migration, working closely with engineering, and helping the team release meaningful improvements at pace. From around September, the role will move into a more rounded product environment with greater focus on discovery, user insight and continuous improvement.

Product Manager

Salary: €72,000 - €84,000

Location: Berlin hybrid

Language: English is required

You’ll be working on IoT, ANPA and EV Infrastructure that sits across both B2C user needs and B2B commercial requirements. That means balancing what app users need with what internal stakeholders, sales teams and major clients require for tenders, contracts and operational delivery.

The role would suit a mid-level Product Manager with strong IoT, ANPR and EV infrastructure experience who enjoys getting into the detail, working with engineers, using data to make decisions, and managing a busy stakeholder landscape.

You’ll need to be comfortable with:

  • IoT, ( internet of things)
  • ANPR and EV infrastructure
  • B2C mobile app product management
  • Working closely with engineering and design teams
  • Translating user, stakeholder and business needs into clear requirements
  • Using KPIs, funnels, experimentation and product analytics
  • Prioritising competing requests and making sensible trade-offs
  • Challenging stakeholders constructively when needed
  • Working in a product function that is still maturing and evolving

Experience with B2C mobile app product management would be useful, but it is not essential. Parking, mobility, transport or smart city experience would also be useful, but again not essential.

The company is based in Berlin and operates a hybrid model. You will need to be based close enough to Berlin to attend the office at least monthly. There will also be occasional European travel to other offices, likely around once per quarter.

This is a good opportunity for someone who wants ownership of a defined product area, exposure to products used across Europe, and the chance to grow with a product team that is still shaping how it works.
