We are looking for a commercially minded Strategic Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of existing customers and drive meaningful account growth. This is not a traditional outbound-heavy BDR role - instead, you will inherit a small group of established clients and focus on strengthening relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering long-term value.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take ownership of 5 existing customer accounts from day one
- Build strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans tailored to each account
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer needs
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and resolve challenges
- Track performance metrics and continuously refine account strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a BDR, Account Manager, or customer-facing commercial role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A strategic mindset with the ability to spot growth opportunities
- Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving
