The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll help shape how we work with ISV partners — identifying new opportunities, developing strong partnerships, and contributing to how our team and offering evolve. You’ll be encouraged to share ideas, challenge the status quo, and make your voice heard.
What You Will Do
Partner Portfolio & Business Development
- Build and manage a diverse portfolio of partners across assigned countries, with a focus on ISVs integrating Nexi’s acquiring services.
- Identify new opportunities, conduct market research, and represent Nexi at industry and technology community events.
- Build positive, long‑term relationships with institutions and organizations, supported by teams across the Nexi Group.
- Negotiate partnership offerings and tailor proposals to partner needs.
- Prepare commercial offers, including merchant‑specific pricing where required.
- Calculate partner commissions, maintain billing rules, and analyze complex requirements.
- Draft contract terms and contribute to updates when needed.
- Collect partner requirements related to products, services, and integration needs.
- Collaborate with Business Architects to ensure our solutions reflect partner and market expectations.
- Support cross‑selling and integration opportunities across different markets.
- Facilitate technical meetings to understand ISV needs and tailor solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth integrations, including POS certification and validations.
- Provide consistent technical guidance and support throughout the partner journey.
- Join key partner meetings with their strategic customers.
- Support partner‑driven sales activities and help shape proposals for important customers.
- This role requires regular travel across assigned countries
- Proven sales and negotiation experience in business to business area; ability to qualify and develop opportunities.
- Strong commercial focus with experience meeting revenue targets.
- 5+ years in partnership management, business development, or technical sales.
- Independent, well‑organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
- Open, communicative, and positive personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Languages: Serbian, English (required); Bulgarian (advantage).
