Responsibilities

This internship will allow you to participate in several IT projects to assist project and program managers. Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Project administration: Initiate and maintain project documentation (Scope, budget, timeline, quality) and registers. Provide recordings/minutes of meetings.
  • Report: create dashboards and project reporting
  • Tracking: Track activities, issues, risks, decisions, or work packages, and identify blockers.
  • Governance: Standardise project management practices and documentation, support project teams, and ensure alignment with the PMO organisation.
  • Information Gathering & Consolidation: Gather, collect, and consolidate large set of information from stakeholders.
  • Process coordination: Coordinate the execution of processes or work packages.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate collaboration, discussions between SMEs with a common outcome.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You are doing a master's degree (Business or Engineering School) with a strong willingness to become Project Manager.
  • You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, curious, rigorous, and able to anticipate needs with a strong sense of initiative, and a good team spirit.
  • Good interpersonal skills and action-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational and technical skills
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to details and technicalities
  • High level of personal interest in digitalization and technology
  • Knowledge in IT infrastructure and operations
  • Internship agreement with your school/university mandatory
  • You are able to commit to a 6-months internship with starting date ASAP
