The Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales / Account Manager to join our onsite team in Kuwait. This is a "hunter" role designed for someone who thrives on building a pipeline from scratch, closing high-value deals, and navigating the regulatory and technical landscape of the Kuwaiti PSP market. You will be responsible for the entire merchant lifecycle—from the first cold call to the final go-live.


Your Responsibilities

Active Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target new business opportunities within the Kuwaiti market, focusing on sectors like Hospitality, Retail, and Real Estate.

Direct Sales & Demos: Lead the end-to-end sales process, including conducting high-level technical demonstrations and pitching our payment orchestration capabilities.

KYC & Compliance Management: Lead the "Know Your Customer" process by collecting and verifying all necessary legal and financial documentation required for merchant onboarding in compliance with local regulations.

Merchant Onboarding: Act as the primary liaison between the merchant and our technical implementation teams to ensure a seamless setup of booking engines and payment subdomains.

Account Management & Retention: Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants, identifying opportunities for upselling and ensuring high satisfaction with our orchestration services.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and regulatory changes within the Kuwaiti and regional PSP landscape.


What You Will Bring to the Party

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a similar Sales or Account Management role within a Payment Service Provider (PSP), Fintech, or high-growth startup environment.

Sales Acumen: Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements in a competitive market.

KYC Proficiency: Solid understanding of the documentation and compliance requirements (KYC) for merchant processing in Kuwait.

Technical Literacy: Ability to explain payment orchestration, API connectivity, and localized payment methods (K-Net, Apple Pay) to business owners and IT heads.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a major advantage for navigating the local market.

Growth Mindset: A self-motivated "go-getter" who is comfortable with high targets and a fast-paced onsite work environment.
