The Role 📜
As an Account Manager Small Accounts, you'll be responsible for developing a portfolio of 200-300 accounts. Your role involves proactive engagement, understanding client needs, and creating personalized strategies to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Sales Growth: Develop personalized sales strategies, including cross-selling, up-selling, and churn management.
- Portfolio prioritization and customer support: Provide prompt, personalized after-sales support, ensuring timely responses and proactive communication.
- Product Promotion: Educate clients on new products and features, aligning them with their specific use cases.
- Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, offering valuable feedback.
- Customer Engagement: Hold regular video meetings to demonstrate product updates and strengthen relationships.
- Proficient in Spanish and fluent in English.
- Strong verbal and writing communication skills. Engage naturally!
- Customer-focused experience in support or satisfaction roles is highly valued.
- Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
