Senior Key Account Manager/Country Manager

Core Responsibilities:
1. 0-1 Development & Full Lifecycle Management of Distribution Channels
• Own the end-to-end 0-1 build of distribution channels for our consumer power
tools, including developing and expanding regional networks with dealers to establish
a stable multi-tier system.
• Drive EIBC and company channel construction goals, lead policy communication
and implementation, and provide onboarding, training, and operational support to
dealers and distributors.
• Conduct regular store visits to audit operational performance, gather business data,
and ensure compliance with merchandising standards and brand guidelines for our
in-house manufactured product lines.
2. Business Intelligence & Market Insights
• Monitor sales channel dynamics, track competitor activities, promotions, and
product developments in the consumer power tool and garden equipment space, and
deliver actionable market analysis reports.
• Synthesize market feedback and customer insights, identify existing issues, and
propose practical solutions to drive growth for our branded products.
• Collect industry intelligence, including regional consumer trends, government
policies, and competitor strategies, to inform channel and key account planning.
3. Key Account & Buying Group Negotiation & Partnership Management
• Lead high-stakes negotiations with key accounts and industry buying groups,
covering annual contracts, pricing, rebates, payment terms, and exclusive
partnerships to secure long-term agreements for our in-house manufactured
consumer products.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision-makers at buying
groups to drive sales targets and increase share of wallet for our branded power tools
and lawn equipment.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources (R&D, supply chain, marketing) to meet
customized requirements (e.g., product specifications, packaging, lead times, co
marketing activities) for our own-brand lines, enhancing customer satisfaction and
loyalty.
• Lead the 0-1 development of buying group partnerships in new markets,
establishing market entry and sales channels for our consumer-grade, factory-direct
product portfolio from the ground up.
