If so… you might just be our next Major Account Manager (DACH).


I'm supporting a global software company, helping enterprises get complete control over their IT environments—on‑prem, cloud, SaaS, hybrid… all the fun stuff.


🚀 What You’ll Be Doing


Become the Strategic Partner Your Clients Didn’t Know They Needed

  • Take charge of a portfolio of large, high-profile enterprise accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with senior leaders in IT, FinOps, Procurement, Cloud, Security, and beyond.
  • Uncover new opportunities, new use cases, and new business across multiple product lines.


Lead Complex Enterprise Sales Like a Pro

  • Drive the full sales cycle—from first conversation to multi-year strategic deal signing.
  • Navigate long buying journeys with multiple stakeholders (and occasionally conflicting opinions).
  • Champion a consultative, value-led approach that makes customers want to expand.


Operate as the Conductor of a Cross-Functional Orchestra

  • Collaborate with rockstars across Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.
  • Ensure customers not only adopt our solutions, but actually love them.
  • Bring customer insights back to the business to help shape product strategy and roadmap priorities.


💡 What You Bring to the Table


  • Expertise in managing enterprise or major accounts—bonus points for software/SaaS.
  • A knack for selling into large, multi-layered organisations in the DACH region.
  • Complex Software Sales Expertise
  • Fluent German + English skills (you’ll be switching between them regularly).
  • A consultative, strategic, value-focused selling style.
  • A love for complex problem‑solving and big-picture business thinking.

  • Experience managing global or matrixed enterprise accounts
  • Knowledge of enterprise licensing models or procurement processes
