- Profitable customer growth along with retention of high volume and multi-unit accounts in territory to meet or exceed company goals/objectives. Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
- Enhances sales staff accomplishments and competence by answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring & coaching.
- Understand product values; evaluate profitability of new and existing customers.
- Identify market opportunities through prospecting and coordinating activities with Inside Sales department.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, and follow through to successful contract negotiation; prepare and execute service agreements.
- Utilize Salesforce to full capacity for in depth customer analysis.Job Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a business field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience selling into the restaurant and hospitality industry.Key Competencies:

- Communicates clearly both verbally or in written form; excellent analytical skills.
- Leadership ability; able to direct personnel.
- Requires minimum supervision; makes timely, accurate judgments regarding production & process quality.
