Payroll Administrator

Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a growing organization to locate their next Payroll Administrator.

Location: Warren, Michigan (100% On-site)

Compensation: $24/hr- $26/hr

Schedule: Full-time, on-site

What will your day look like?

• Weekly Payroll Processing: Support payroll processing for 1,000+ hourly and salaried employees across multiple states

• Payroll Coordination & Accuracy: Review timesheets, resolve discrepancies, and communicate directly with managers and field leadership regarding payroll issues, bonuses, and adjustments

• Administrative & Team Support: Maintain payroll records, assist with reporting, and partner with payroll and HR teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Who are you?

• Payroll Professional: 2–3 years of payroll experience with exposure to high-volume or weekly payroll environments

• Detail-Oriented & Organized: Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and urgency in a fast-paced setting

• Team-Focused Communicator: Positive, collaborative professional with strong follow-up and customer service skills
