You will play a key role in aligning marketing and sales processes, improving MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and ensuring measurable campaign performance across partner ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner & Channel Marketing
- Develop and execute integrated partner marketing campaigns
- Manage co-marketing initiatives with distributors, resellers, and strategic partners
- Support partner enablement with marketing assets and campaign toolkits
- Coordinate webinars, events, digital campaigns, and content syndication activities
- Drive lead generation programs across partner channels
- Define and optimize MQL and SQL qualification criteria
- Manage lead nurturing and marketing automation workflows
- Ensure smooth lead routing and handoff processes between Marketing, Sales, and Partners
- Monitor pipeline contribution and campaign ROI
- Maintain and optimize marketing automation workflows in HubSpot
- Support CRM data quality, segmentation, and reporting structures
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations on lead scoring and lifecycle management
- Ensure accurate campaign attribution and funnel reporting
- Track campaign performance and conversion metrics
- Analyze MQL → SQL → Opportunity funnel performance
- Prepare dashboards and executive reports
- Identify optimization opportunities to improve partner engagement and pipeline generation
Experience
- min 3+ years of experience in Channel Marketing, Demand Generation, or B2B Marketing
- Experience working with indirect sales channels and partner ecosystems
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM processes
- Hands-on experience with Hubspot
- Experience with lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and workflow automation
- Familiarity with campaign analytics and reporting
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment
