The company has over 20 years of experience designing and delivering exceptional hospitality spaces that enhance customer experience and drive revenue. As they expand into full internal refurbishments, they are seeking a talented Project Manager to help lead this next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
This role goes beyond traditional project management. You will play a central part in developing the Projects Division, overseeing projects from pre-construction and planning through to delivery, ensuring they are executed seamlessly and profitably.
You will take ownership of projects from initial costing to completion, collaborating closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Construction
- Support costing and technical specification development post-sale
- Define clear scopes of work and detailed cost breakdowns
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to agree project margins
- Ensure all Health & Safety and legal requirements are met
- Organise site preliminaries, including welfare and compliance provisions
- End-to-end project management across multiple sites
- Raise purchase orders and manage budgets
- Coordinate subcontractors, including sourcing and onboarding
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and clients
- High levels of client satisfaction
- Projects delivered on time and within budget
- Gross profit targets consistently achieved or exceeded
Essential Experience:
- Construction Project Management
- Hospitality fit-out projects
- Pre-construction and costing
- Site preliminaries and Health & Safety compliance
- Highly organised with strong commercial awareness
- Confident communicator, capable of managing multiple stakeholders
- Proactive and solution-focused, with a hands-on approach
- Motivated to shape and improve processes
- Must be able to cost control and deliver agreed GP
