Synchro are working closely with a large, well known organisation who are looking to hire an experienced a IT Support Analyst / Engineer on an initial 1 month rolling contract.
You will be a broadly experienced Support Analyst / Engineer with skills across Windows and Microsoft products, including Intune, EntraID, AD, GPO, Outlook, M365 / O365, SCCM, as well as a range of hardware and devices, such as laptop rollout & deployment support capabilities.
This role will be based out of Solihull, West Midlands, and this role requires you to be onsite full time (5 days per week).
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience of working in a similar 1st line & 2nd line IT Support Analyst / Engineer role.
- Strong working knowledge across the entire Windows and Microsoft environment.
- Excellent communication and customer facing skills.
Role Summary
Role: IT Support Analyst / Engineer (Contract)
Rate: £180 - £210 per day
Duration: 1 month rolling contract
