Required Qualifications

  • Experience working with nonprofits or mission-driven organizations
  • Experience coordinating with external consultants, vendors, or implementation partners
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, etc.)
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or other business technology platforms
  • Experience working with international or multicultural teams

Projects

Join a growing team supporting a global nonprofit operating across Africa, Latin America, Asia, and the Caribbean. This role combines Salesforce administration, user support, training, data quality, rollout coordination, and communication with international teams. You’ll work directly with the founder on a large Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud initiative, helping drive adoption and improve operations worldwide. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Salesforce experience is required; certifications are a plus but not mandatory. No degree required. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential. International travel opportunities may be available. Experience with Google Workspace, reporting, data management, nonprofits, AI, or other business technology platforms is a bonus. Ideal for someone who enjoys technology, people, and meaningful work.

What You'll Be Doing

Salesforce Administration & Support

  • Assist with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud administration
  • Support user management and permissions
  • Help maintain data quality and data integrity
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Assist with testing new features and enhancements
  • Support Salesforce implementation projects and system improvements
  • Help troubleshoot user issues and answer Salesforce questions
  • Work alongside implementation partners and consultants

Training & Adoption

  • Conduct user training sessions
  • Create training materials and documentation
  • Assist with onboarding new users
  • Help drive Salesforce adoption across multiple countries
  • Support change management initiatives
  • Gather user feedback and identify improvement opportunities

Global Program Support

  • Communicate with nonprofit leaders around the world
  • Assist with technology rollout initiatives
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple countries and time zones
  • Support data collection and reporting efforts
  • Help ensure operational consistency across regions

Technology Operations

While Salesforce will be your primary focus, you'll also gain exposure to:
