We’re hiring an Affiliate Account Manager for a well-known agency in the New York City area.

What you’ll do:
- Manage, negotiate, and grow affiliate partner relationships across a diverse client portfolio
- Pull weekly and monthly performance reports and present optimization insights to clients
- Develop strategies around commission testing, dynamic attribution, and cross-channel analysis
- Improve workflows and processes for strong team productivity
- Handle day-to-day execution within affiliate networks
What we’re looking for:
- 2–5 years of affiliate marketing experience
- Experience with platforms like Impact, Pepperjam, or ShareASale, plus reporting tools like Affluent
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
- Comfort working with established brands and across multiple verticals
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
