SUMMARY

The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for driving growth in Acro’s (Company’s) contract (temporary) placements and headcount at assigned accounts by delivering attentive customer service, building strong client relationships, and partnering closely with Acro’s recruiting organization. The AM ensures Acro exceeds customer expectations for service and placements by staying on top of open job requirements, monitoring submittal quality and quantity, and fostering long-term client satisfaction. While the primary focus is on professional roles, the AM may also support nonprofessional placements and introduce clients to other Acro services when appropriate.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide outstanding customer service and account management that drives growth, ensures Acro consistently meets or exceeds client metrics, and positions Acro among the top-performing suppliers. Attend client meetings (preferably in person) to build strong relationships, gain deeper insight into client needs, and resolve issues promptly before they escalate.
  • Partner closely with Acro recruiting teams by meeting daily to: (1) provide client feedback on submitted candidates, job description changes, manager availability, and job status updates; (2) review candidate pipelines and qualifications; and (3) collaborate to ensure all possible sourcing avenues are being pursued.
  • Support candidates through the hiring process by escorting them to interviews when permitted, providing coaching and feedback, and leveraging these interactions to better understand client expectations. Serve as the subject matter expert on assigned accounts, guiding both recruiters and clients to maximize placements and retention.
  • Maintain relationships with Acro employees at the account
  • Map competitors and provide feedback to Acro leadership on competitor activities at the account
  • Map out the organization structure of our client, identifying all the key players who could potentially impact Acro’s performance at the account level. Ensure that we reach out to these individuals at the client’s end.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of client requirements, contract, metrics, and all open positions, including submittal quality, status, and fulfillment activity. Prepare and present monthly performance reports and submit recommendations to improve placement rates, implementing approved improvements as appropriate.
  • Identify and pursue additional avenues for growth within assigned accounts (e.g., expanding into new labor categories, meet new Agency owners and new Hiring managers) and facilitate introductions to other Acro service offerings such as deliverable-based IT services. Network with client and MSP representatives to generate referrals into new accounts or programs.
  • Assist, as needed, on Company proposals in response to formal or informal requests for proposal or information, serving as the subject matter expert for assigned services and accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Acro’s temporary workers to generate leads on upcoming staffing needs and SOW projects, while assisting in the promotion of other Acro divisions, outsourcing, and consulting solutions.
  • Work with local sourcing channels to help the recruiting team with referrals and candidate leads.
  • Document all account activities in HubSpot, provide required reports to Acro management, and participate in annual business and goal planning. Contribute to special projects (e.g., job fairs, internal teams) as assigned.
