You will work with a diverse range of clients across various sectors, including facility services and supply chain. Your portfolio will include notable companies such as Colruyt, G4S, Bpost, Port of Antwerp, Exxon Mobil, etc.
As an Account Manager within the ORTEC Workforce division, your primary focus is to ensure that customers achieve measurable value from our solutions. You will serve as a trusted partner to your accounts, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, optimization, and innovation within their workforce processes. By deeply understanding each customer’s objectives, challenges, and performance indicators, you will help translate business needs into impactful use of ORTEC solutions.
In close collaboration with Product Management, Professional Services, and Customer Experience you will guide customers throughout their journey, from adoption and optimization to long‑term value realization. You maintain regular, proactive contact with your customers to stay ahead of changes in their organization and context.
Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction, retention, and the continuous improvement outcomes you help deliver, rather than solely by commercial results.
Who are you
- Highly interpersonal and proactive, with a natural ability to connect, influence, and build trust
- 5+ years of relevant experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably within SaaS, technology
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships, with experience managing and expanding key accounts
- Demonstrated success in developing client networks and engaging multiple stakeholders across organizations
- Strong internal collaboration skills, with the ability to mobilize cross-functional teams
- Interest in and affinity with Workforce Management (WFM), IT, and AI-driven solutions
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive account growth
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken); French is a plus
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, client-focused environment
