We are seeking a Key Account Manager eCommerce to join our Merchant Benefits team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening strategic commercial relationships with key Online Partners in Belgium and Luxembourg, including meal delivery platforms, pure players, payment service providers, and online webshops. Your primary mission is to drive business growth in our Online Channel by establishing, developing and maintaining strong partnerships with merchants that accept Edenred’s benefit solutions.
Our portfolio includes collaborations with major Retailers in both in‑home and out‑of‑home environments, as well as well‑known global and local Chains operating online sales channels.
You will also play a key role in supporting merchants throughout their digital journey. Your expertise in e‑commerce and omnichannel environments, marketing campaigns and digital payment flows, allows you to guide partners in adopting innovative payment solutions and optimizing the overall user experience.
Working closely with internal cross-departmental teams, you will ensure that each partnership becomes a long‑term, strategic collaboration that maximizes value for both the merchant partner and Edenred.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Building strategic Accounts and Online Channel plans in collaboration with the Merchant Director
- Cultivating multi-stakeholder relationship with key partners
- Assessing the needs & business drivers of specific Online Partners and translate insights into tailored annual business plans that optimize partner visibility, shopper traffic, and turnover
- Cross-selling our solutions among existing partners across both geographies
- Driving the innovation agenda
- Negotiating new and existing agreements to establish sustainable long-term partnerships
- Monitoring execution and implementation, intervene internally as SPOC, to ensure excellent operational execution
- Analyzing data and leverage trends to accelerate growth
- Understanding the broader market dynamics, trends in shopper behavior and user preferences to secure growth and maintain a competitive edge
- Accelerating the journey from transactional collaborations towards true partnerships with strategic retailers and chains
- Working in close collaboration with the Marketing Go To Market & Communication, Finance, Data, IT & Support teams to ensure delivery of our strategic growth agenda
- Collaborating with the Business Line’s Centre of Excellence and becoming an active member of the Global Merchant Expert community
WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU
- You hold a bachelor’s degree
- You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales and have at least successfully managed an online Chain, Retailer or Meal Delivery Platform in Belgium or Luxemburg
- You are a results-driven manager and aim for high performance, with a track record of overachieving targets whilst building long-term partnership with retailers
- You have strong analytical skills and have experience in data driven sales
- You approach challenges with a solution‑driven attitude and help guide others towards actionable outcomes
- You are a skilled negotiator, an excellent relation builder and hands-on sales professional
- You have a strong experience in building strategic (account) plans
- You are passioned by technology, digital marketing, media and consumer trends
- You have an affinity with innovations and a genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence
- Your native language is French or Dutch and you master the other language. You have at least a professional level in English
- Experience in (performance) marketing or as digital campaign manager is a plus
- Knowledge of a CRM, Power BI and other solutions is advantageous
- You are a true team player and an expert in communication

- You report directly to the BeLux Merchant Director
