Key Skills And Prior Experience
- Extensive experience in marketing transformation, marketing technology, consulting, or senior in-house marketing roles.
- Proven track record in building credibility and trusted relationships with senior marketing, digital, and technology stakeholders.
- Hands-on expertise with modern marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, HubSpot, or similar ecosystems.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience responding to RFPs and contributing to winning new business.
- Building and nurturing trusted relationships with senior marketing and technology leaders to identify growth opportunities.
- Leading the response to RFPs and shaping compelling propositions that contribute to winning new business.
- Taking ownership of Marketing Transformation engagements from mobilisation through to delivery.
- Managing early-phase delivery to build momentum and client confidence.
- Acting as the senior day-to-day client lead, bridging strategy and execution to ensure tangible outcomes.
- Contributing practical insights into marketing platforms and transformation journeys beyond implementation.
- Supporting the development of repeatable approaches, playbooks, and case studies within Deloitte Digital.
- Collaborating closely with leadership to identify, qualify, and pursue growth opportunities.
