THE ROLE 💼
To support the growth of our e-commerce portfolio, we are looking for an E-commerce Brand Manager.
Your main mission will be to manage and grow the activity of one or multiple e-commerce brands across several international markets:
E-commerce performance management
- Analyze weekly e-commerce performance (revenue, conversion, operations, etc.) and define action plans
- Produce regular reports and strategic recommendations to grow the brands
- Identify growth opportunities and continuous improvement areas
Product sourcing & management
- Source and select new suppliers, negotiate commercial conditions and manage relationships on a daily basis
- Source, integrate and brand new products across e-commerce websites
- Continuously improve product pages and the existing product offering
Logistics & operations
- Coordinate international container and logistics operations
- Work closely with logistics and fulfillment partners
- Define stock management and clearance strategies
- Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Customer experience
- Monitor orders and collaborate closely with customer support teams
- Supervise customer reviews (Trustpilot, Google Reviews, etc.) and improve customer reassurance across the websites
Cross-functional collaboration & innovation
- Work closely with technical, paid acquisition and CRM teams
- Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and generate product visuals
- Identify operational and technical improvement opportunities
- Contribute ideas to help scale brands and optimize operations

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR 🚶
- You have at least 3+ years of experience
- Previous e-commerce experience is required
- Good knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or equivalent platforms
- Strong interest in branding, products and design
- Excellent understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Copywriting skills for product pages and marketing campaigns
- Good understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Clarity, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Paid Ads and CRM workflows
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable communicating your analysis and ideas with team members
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and constantly evolving environment
- Bonus: video editing or design skills
- Bonus 2: previous experience managing e-commerce brands
- Bonus 3 : You speak another European union language
