The Role

We’re looking for an Influencer Lead to own and scale our Open Creator Programme - a high-volume creator engine designed to generate performance-led content at scale across all brands.

This role sits at the intersection of influencer marketing, paid social, and content performance, ensuring a continuous pipeline of creators delivering commercially effective UGC.


Key Responsibilities

Open Creator Programme Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of the Open Creator Programme across all SUMWON brands
  • Scale global creator participation, ensuring a consistent inflow of new and returning creators
  • Drive high-volume content output for use across paid social and broader marketing channels

Platform Management

  • Manage all campaigns within Upfluence (or equivalent), including outreach, onboarding, tracking, and reporting
  • Build and optimise end-to-end creator workflows (applications, approvals, product seeding, content submission)
  • Continuously refine creator selection based on performance data (views, CTR, conversion rates)

Performance + Optimisation

  • Track creator content performance across engagement and commercial metrics
  • Identify top-performing creators and scale relationships strategically
  • Feed performance insights into Paid Social teams to improve briefs and targeting

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Brand, Creative, and Paid Media teams to align on campaign priorities and content needs
  • Contribute to wider influencer strategy across all brands
  • Support testing of new creator markets, platforms, and content formats


What Success Looks Like

  • A scalable, always-on creator pipeline delivering consistent high-performing UGC
  • Improved performance of paid social campaigns driven by creator content quality
  • Clear visibility of top-performing creators with scaled long-term partnerships
  • Strong alignment between influencer output and commercial marketing performance


What you’ll bring

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social/content roles
  • Proven experience managing high-volume creator or UGC programmes at scale
  • Experience using Upfluence or similar influencer platforms (preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of ROI, performance metrics, and scaling strategies
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, multi-brand environment
