Product Manager

Role Overview

This is a senior, high-ownership product role at a well-funded, fast-moving proptech startup. As a Product Manager, you'll work closely with our AI engineering team to shape and ship the products that define Smart Bricks — starting with our AI Investment Advisor, which sits at the heart of what we're building. As part of our team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment and collaborate with stakeholders across the company. As we grow, you'll also own the product roadmap for our expanding portfolio of tools, and play a key role in building out the product layer that supports our brokerage operations. This is a rare opportunity to join early, move fast, and leave a real mark on an industry that's overdue for change.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for our AI Investment Advisor — defining features, prioritising iterations, and working hand-in-hand with engineers to bring it to life
• Identify and explore new features and product opportunities that add value across our platform portfolio
• Support the build-out of product infrastructure for our expanding brokerage — understanding the operational needs of Investment Advisors and translating them into great product experiences
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and synthesise insights to continuously improve our products
• Define success metrics, track outcomes, and use data to make confident prioritisation calls
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to align roadmap with business goals
• Contribute to the culture and direction of the product team as we scale

Must have requirements

• 5+ years in a product management role, with at least some at a senior level
• Experience in proptech, real estate, or a high-growth startup — you understand the space and can hit the ground running
• Comfortable working on AI-powered products and collaborating closely with engineering teams
• Strong commercial instinct — you build products that move the business, not just products that look good on a roadmap
• Excellent communicator who can translate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change — this is a startup, and we move quickly
• A track record of shipping — we want someone who gets things done

Nice to have requirements

• Direct experience working with LLMs, conversational AI, or recommendation systems
• Background in investment advisory, financial services, or brokerage products
• Experience scaling a product team from early-stage to growth
• Familiarity with CRM or operational tooling for sales or advisory teams
