About The Role
Minerva is seeking a BDR / Account Executive to drive sales and expand their presence in the DACH region. This role is pivotal in scaling revenue and enhancing go-to-market strategies, with a focus on building trust and credibility in a relationship-driven industry.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and manage client relationships across the DACH region.
- Collaborate with founders on sales strategy and execution.
- Contribute directly to scaling revenue and go-to-market efforts.
- Proven experience in end-to-end sales (from lead to close).
- High level of ownership and autonomy.
- Strong German language skills.
- Experience in the DACH market is a strong plus.
- Ability to close deals is more important than industry experience.
- Initial target: ~10 closed deals per month
- Experience in the DACH market.
- Background in construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Experience working with institutions, associations, or partnerships.
- Early-stage or startup experience.
- Relocation support available for strong candidates.
