Account Executive (+ Equity) at startup building solution for public procurement

About The Role

Minerva is seeking a BDR / Account Executive to drive sales and expand their presence in the DACH region. This role is pivotal in scaling revenue and enhancing go-to-market strategies, with a focus on building trust and credibility in a relationship-driven industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Build and manage client relationships across the DACH region.
• Collaborate with founders on sales strategy and execution.
• Contribute directly to scaling revenue and go-to-market efforts.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in end-to-end sales (from lead to close).
• High level of ownership and autonomy.
• Strong German language skills.
• Experience in the DACH market is a strong plus.
• Ability to close deals is more important than industry experience.

Your KPIs

• Initial target: ~10 closed deals per month

Nice to Have

• Experience in the DACH market.
• Background in construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
• Experience working with institutions, associations, or partnerships.
• Early-stage or startup experience.
