The Role
We are hiring a Senior Business Development Executive to help grow into the next generation of adtech and martech commercial champions in the Philippines.
This is a development-track role. We are looking for a candidate with 2 to 4 years of foundational experience in marketing, advertising, media, or communications - ambitious enough to move beyond account services, commercially driven enough to pursue real deals, and intellectually curious about how AI is reshaping the marketing and media stack.
The role offers structured training, direct coaching from senior commercial and technical leadership, and accelerated exposure to the AI media ecosystem - meaningfully faster than equivalent progression inside a traditional holdco at this level. For the right candidate, this is a foundational role for a long-term commercial career.
You're a strong fit if you...
· Have 2–4 years of professional experience in advertising, marketing, media,
communications, PR, or a marketing/adtech SaaS environment - across agency, holdco, indie, brand-side, or adtech / martech vendor settings
· Have held a role in account management, client services, sales support, BD support,
media planning, or junior BD/sales - and have outgrown its scope before your title reflected it
· Demonstrate a commercial instinct - you have supported pitches, contributed to proposals,
attended client meetings, and observed senior colleagues close deals with the
ambition to lead those conversations yourself
· Bring strong intellectual horsepower - fast learner, sharp pattern-recognition, and a
genuine interest in how complex systems work
· Are a clear and confident communicator - strong written and verbal English,
Filipino fluency, and comfort presenting to senior stakeholders
· Have a passion to grow your professional network within the PH and SEA marketing, advertising, and
communications community - peer-level relationships are valuable here
· Are eager to be trained in adtech, martech, programmatic, AI-driven marketing, and
consultative enterprise selling - and committed to putting in the reps required
to develop genuine expertise
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, advertising, or a related field
Bonus points if you have already:
Worked within a media holdco, digital marketing agency, indie agency, or comms/PR network, or held roles in brand marketing or e-commerce, including in a junior capacity.
Operated paid media platforms at a coordinator or executor level, such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Worked alongside programmatic, performance marketing, or martech teams and developed adjacent fluency through that exposure.
Demonstrated initiative through new AI tools, AI experiments, or self-directed projects beyond your formal scope.

What you'll do (and learn)
· Build and qualify your own pipeline of qualified prospects across the Philippines, with senior BD coaching
· Participate in enterprise discovery calls and progressively take ownership of the room - beginning as a contributor and advancing to lead
· Develop the ability to diagnose marketing, media, and martech challenges across a client's stack and translate them into structured proposals
· Collaborate closely with our media, AI tech, engineering, and platform teams to scope solutions aligned to client needs
· Receive structured training in adtech, martech, programmatic, CDP, attribution, AI-driven marketing, and consultative sales methodologies
· Maintain CRM discipline - pipeline, forecast, and activity tracking - from day one
· Represent Acceler8 AI at industry events, partner roundtables, and client pitches
· Contribute to the development of case studies, proposal templates, and sales collateral that will support the team as it scales
Your first 90 days — what success looks like
By Day 30 — Foundations
· Completed onboarding across the three Acceler8 AI offerings, our products, and our positioning
· Built a working understanding of our target accounts, ideal customer profile, and commercial playbook
· Shadowed a minimum of five live client conversations across discovery, pitch, and account review settings
· Identified and validated an initial list of 50+ named prospect accounts within your assigned segment
· Established CRM discipline — every conversation, contact, and opportunity logged accurately and on time
· Demonstrated baseline fluency in our pricing, proposal structure, and qualification framework
By Day 60 — Activation
· Initiated outbound and partner-led outreach to your prospect list, with measurable engagement
· Owned the note-taking and follow-up workflow on senior-led discovery calls, with growing involvement in the conversation itself
· Co-led at least two client meetings under senior supervision, with constructive feedback applied
· Contributed to the drafting of proposals, scoping documents, and commercial responses
· Built early-stage pipeline against a defined qualification standard, with clear next steps on every active opportunity
· Completed initial training milestones in adtech, martech, AI-driven performance marketing, and consultative sales methodology
By Day 90 — Contribution
· Independently leading discovery and qualification calls with mid-market and enterprise prospects
· Carrying a defined pipeline target with consistent week-on-week activity and forecast accuracy
· Closed or meaningfully contributed to your first commercial outcome — a signed engagement, a proposal accepted into procurement, or a pilot secured
· Demonstrated the ability to translate a client's marketing or media problem into a structured Acceler8 AI proposal across one or more of our three offerings
· Established working relationships with our media, engineering, and platform teams as collaborative partners
· Identified personal development priorities for the next quarter and aligned them with your manager
