General Summary
A Blue Oak Account Executive (outside sales) is responsible for establishing relationships with prospective clients and using Blue Oak services and products to solve their technology, security, governance, and productivity problems. In this role you will be part of a team that sells a variety of managed service clients to various industries.

Primary Responsibilities
- Exceed established new business quotas in managed services
- Work with a support team and your fellow account executives to deliver top level solutions to the marketplace.
Education and experience
- Experience working in a managed service / information technology environment required.
- 1-2 years of in-market direct sales experience in a value-added product or service.
- 2 or 4 year degree or appropriate experience
Knowledge of some of the following technologies preferred
- Windows Server
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Wired/Wireless Networking
- Firewall Technology
- VMWare Virtualization
- Dell/Lenovo Desktop and Server Equipment
- Lenovo, Dell and Synology SAN/NAS Equipment
- Desktop and Server Backup Solutions

Compensation:
Base Salary $40k-$60k depending on experience, position, and level of commission opportunity desired (low base = higher commission opportunity, high base = lower commission opportunity). 1st year earnings at quota $108,000. Year two - $125,000+
