About the Role :

Product Manager (Beverage Category)

We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager to support growth and commercialization of a beverage portfolio in the U.S. market. This role will drive execution across product, marketing, distribution, and operations to ensure successful launches and strong in-market performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day execution across product, marketing, and operations
• Support product portfolio including pricing, positioning, and launches
• Execute go-to-market strategies and ensure retail readiness
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Track performance (sales, distribution, velocity) and provide insights
• Support marketing initiatives across digital, retail, and culturally relevant campaigns

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product, brand, or commercial roles within CPG (beverage preferred)
• Experience supporting product launches and commercialization in the U.S.
• Strong understanding of retail, distribution, and marketing execution
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Understanding of U.S. and Korean cultural trends; familiarity with K-culture is a plus
