Day to Day: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a growing Commercial Insurance team. This role is ideal for a service-driven professional with a strong background in insurance sales and client management who enjoys building relationships, solving complex challenges, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. In this position, you’ll partner closely with clients, internal team members, and carrier partners to ensure exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle. You’ll play a critical role in retention, growth, and compliance while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end renewal process by gathering client information, analyzing coverage needs, and supporting the delivery of timely, customized insurance solutions. Identify coverage gaps, review claims activity, retain existing business, and support the sale of additional services and lines of coverage. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners through responsive communication and a high level of customer service. Support client risk management needs through consultative conversations and tailored strategies aligned to their business goals. Mentor and support junior team members by delegating tasks, providing clear and constructive feedback, and encouraging ongoing professional development. Conduct audits and reviews to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high service standards. Maintain accurate, up-to-date client and policy records within internal systems. Leverage technology and tools to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance service delivery. Effectively manage competing priorities to ensure all deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
Compensation:
$50K to $60K.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
