A highly respected professional services organization is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to support continued growth across Texas operations, with a strong focus on Houston and The Woodlands.
This role is ideal for a strategic, relationship-driven marketing professional who enjoys both high-level planning and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing and business development initiativesManage client events, sponsorships, networking, and speaking opportunitiesSupport pitches, proposals, and client development effortsCoordinate media relations, social media, and external communicationsPartner closely with leadership, attorneys, and cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications5–7 years of marketing/business development experience in professional servicesStrong written communication and proposal development skillsExperience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyRelationship-focused with strong interpersonal and organizational skillsExperience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; design software knowledge is a plus
